This page explains how to permanently delete your CannaBee account, what data is deleted, and what data we keep and for how long. You can delete your account from inside the CannaBee app, or by emailing us if you can't log in or no longer have the app installed.

How to delete your account in the app
Open the CannaBee app and log in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete Account.
Select a reason for deleting your account.
Tap Delete, then confirm on the Confirm Account Deletion screen.
You'll see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you want to use CannaBee again later, you'll need to create a new account.

Can't log in or don't have the app?
Email info@cannabee.ai from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.
Your account and login credentials
Your profile information and preferences, including experience level, preferred effects and consumption methods
All chat sessions and chat history with CannaBee
Your saved favorite products

What we keep, and for how long
Apart from the records described below, we do not keep your personal information after you delete your account.
Deletion record: We keep the reason you selected for deleting, without your email address or any other information that identifies you, to help us improve CannaBee.
System logs: Operational logs that may include your email address or user ID are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Legal requirements: If the law requires us to keep certain records, we keep them only for as long as the law requires.
